Paul has a passion for the industry that began with his bachelor's degree in Marketing and Industrial Distribution from UAB in 2008. He became a partner at Caliber by 2011 and took control of the company in 2016. Multiple vendor partners have expressed that Paul has been their #1 Sales performer in the US in both growth and volume. Caliber has maintained consistent double-digit growth trends throughout his leadership tenure.

Sam brings over 15 years of sales and customer service experience with a background in the construction industry. In his 7 year tenure with Caliber, he has reversed poor sales trends with multiple vendors. Sam has grown his customer base exponentially since joining Caliber. He has a proven ability to get results with a distribution ranging from small single locations to navigating large corporate accounts in his region. We believe Sam to be the most trusted rep in his region among his customer base.

Chris is an optimistic and enthusiastic Manufacturer's Representative with over 15 years experience in the rigging and lifting equipment industry. He has shown consistent business development for all of his vendor partners, and he takes great pride in his ability to solve problems and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Justin is an experienced sales professional with 10+ years of extensive experience in Industrial Distribution. Justin comes to Caliber after spending the last 3 years as a manufacturer's representative in Louisiana.  Justin also spent time with Fastenal where he held a number of unique positions and managed high profile accounts like BP & Conoco Phillips on the north slope of Alaska.  As a born and raised LA native living in New Orleans, Justin has the connections and personality in Louisiana to build lasting relationships.

Bo joins our organization after 3 years of working for a major power tool brand. He lives in Hickory, NC and covers NC and parts of SC. Bo is an experienced sales professional with 20+ years of experience in the industrial and construction markets, having sold various cordless power tools, pneumatic tools and fasteners.

Ben has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and nearly 20 years of experience in the construction tool industry, with a background in operations, management, and sales. Over the past five years, he has developed strong client relationships in the Southeast while representing two major tool brands. Based in Woodstock, GA, he serves clients throughout Georgia and in Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina.

Fallon provides field support and handles the details that help make Caliber successful. With her 10+ years of customer service experience, she has become vital to our success.  Her help allows the field team to focus on the distributor and end-user work full time.
